History
Our firm was founded in the 1950s by the late CPA Moshe Samuel, Moshe was a Tel Aviv head tax officer between 1952-1956 while there was only one and only tax office in Tel Aviv. After finishing his public role, Moshe crossed the lines into the private sector and founded the office that operates to this day and is managed by the second and third generations with great success while maintaining a level of service that characterizes a boutique office with personal attention, in-depth knowledge of the client and his needs, with an emphasis on a high professional level.

Eli Langerman, Partner
First generation. Has extensive experience in the fields of auditing and in providing tax consultation, tax planning for companies and individuals and representation before the tax authorities
Shoney Samuel, Manager
Third generation. Specializes in auditing, preparing financial tax reports, representation before the tax authorities and providing a comprehensive response to the client’s needs in all areas of accounting, business and financial consulting.
Tal Langerman, Manager
second generation. A consultant with experience in financial analysis and strategic planning with expertise in performing due diligence and generating strategic insights for various industries, both for the buy side and for the sell side.
